Mama&Me — Pilates, Coffee & Charm Making with San Diego Mom Crew and East County Moms! Join us for a morning designed for moms to move and enjoy a little time for themselves at the Moniker Coffee Deck in Liberty Station! Babies, toddlers, and kids are all welcome to come along :)

We’ll kick things off with a Mama&Me Mat Pilates class led by Sayali from Wave Fusion Fitness. After class, stick around to grab a coffee from Moniker (included with your ticket!), mingle with other moms, and get creative at the You Are My Sunshine charm table, where you can design a custom charm to purchase. Please remember to bring a yoga mat and baby carrier (if babywearing) for the pilates class

The venue is the outdoor deck at Moniker Coffee. You can access the deck either from outside on Sims Rd or from inside Moniker Coffee, through the door next to the coffee ordering area. Please note that yoga mats will not be provided, so be sure to bring your own mat

$25 per mom. Kids are free.
